At G.R.O.W, our classes are thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are and support their individual growth through small class sizes, specialized support and a nurturing environment.We focus on building communication, independence, confidence as well as essential life skills.Each programme supports developmental progress while partnering closely with families every step of the way.

comprise of children
who will need maximum
support,
have reduced
communication skills,
require physical
prompting,
need assistance with
self-regulating,
assistance with self-help
skills e.g. feeding,
dressed, potty training
etc.

Upcomers
This group will
comprise of children
who are building on pre-verbal
skills, have increased
independence with self
help e.g. feeding,
putting on shoes, assists
with potty training etc,
follow 1 step directions
with increased
complexity and without
gestures, communicate
using 1-2 words and set
phrases, receptive
language skills greater
than expressive,
increased work
endurance and attention
span, varied academic
readiness skills - letters/
sounds, fine motor
skills.

"Blossoms"
Emergers
This group comprises of
children who have
increased receptive and
expressive language, 3-4
word sentences, have
strategies for attention
and focus, follow
structure and can do
some independent work,
have increased self-help
and independence skills,
potty trained, can self-
regulate with some
support, follow 2-3 step
directions in routines,
build on academic and
basic concepts. They will
be working towards
preschool and reception
curriculum.

"Blooms"
Primary
This group comprises of children who have reached the age of 5 years are eligible for the primary level of school. Children will have individualized programs catered to their individual needs. Students will continue to receive assistance with their self help skills as needed, whether it is feeding, potty training or regulation skills. These students will follow the National Curriculum and the TEACCH Preschool Curriculum, as needed.

Eight - Twelve children (dependent on the level of support needed for students)
